| Help/Comment: | Openbravo provides extensive coverage over transactions executed by users in a business and, thanks to its powerful user interface, it makes it very easy to enter a new transaction. It also provides facilities to copy previously created transactions; for example, you can copy sales orders, you can create invoices from lines of previous invoices, or you can define a G/L journal batch as a template and then copy from that template.
All those capabilities require users to take an action. There are certain situations, however, where a transaction can be completely automated and manual work can be fully eliminated. For example, a monthly payment into a professional insurance requires the same transaction to be entered, without variation, month after month.
This module automates the creation of these transactions. |
